Evalground provides easy to interpret reports that aid recruiters in viewing, managing and maintaining crucial candidate test results.
This is how you view reports:
Step 1: Log into your EG account
Step 2: Click on Manage Tests on the Menu bar
Step 3: In Tests Hosted, click on Report next to concerned test
Here is a simple guide to help you manage the test reports, once the hosted test is complete.
Chapter 1: Manage Aggregated Test Reports
1.1 The results section:
This section is an array of candidate information and test details. It enables the user to filter out candidates on the basis of various criteria.
Below you see candidate information such as the candidate name, their resume, candidate location, duration of the test, etc.
To move ahead, the user can quickly filter out a candidate based on criteria/filters such as the marks scored or even a section wise, test score cut off.
Choose the concerned Section in the report and enter the desired cut off marks.
The platform also enables the user to add customized questions in the questionnaire and the mentioned criteria can help filter out candidates. Some examples of questions usually asked: Current CTC, Current Location, Expected Package, etc.
The hamburger menu on the top left corner of the reports section, let’s you perform actions such as, hide/unhide columns, reset filter, export result, etc, for your convenience.
1.2 Managing Candidate in stages:
The user can moves candidates to various stages such as Shortlisted, Offered, Rejected etc, in the process of assessment and hiring.
This is how it is done:
Step 1: Select the candidate(s) to be sorted by clicking on the tick icon
Step 2: Click on Mark as tab, on top of the screen
Step 3: Choose the appropriate category
1.3 Discuss/Comment on the candidate:
The platform allows evaluators to leave comments or feedback on candidates. The user can leave comments on a candidate’s test report and also, allow another team member to comment on report

You can add comments on candidate reports for tracking and keeping notes.
This is how it is done
Step 1: Under the Reports section click on Comment button
Step 2: In the dialogue box you can drop in your comments and you can give your opinion on a candidate by giving a Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down - Allowing other team members to comment on report
The Commentable Public Link can be shared with other reviewers to get multiple feedbacks, opinions and open the floor for discussions on a specific candidate.This is how it is done:
Step 1: Click on the individual detailed report icon of the concerned candidate.
Step 2: Click on the Share Report
Step 3: Click on Make this link commentable and share the link with reviewers to get feedback and comments on the candidate’s performance.
1.4 Actions performed on reports
For the recruiter’s convenience and ease of use, the platform enables several actions to be performed on the reports. Some of the most commonly performed actions on the page:
Download reports, put candidates in various stages of hiring, filter candidates, Call candidate, send an Email to the candidate, etc.

For interpreting the reports at your convenience, you can download the reports in an Excel format.This is how it is done:

Calling candidates, directly on the platform is just a click away.This is how it be done:
Step 1: Click on call icon, next to the candidate name to directly call the candidate. - Send an Email to the candidate Emailing candidates is easy on the platform for the convenience of the recruiter. Chapter2: Understand individual report test reports
Evalground provides an extensive report on candidates, represented with easy to interpret information supported by graphs and infographics.
This is how you view reports:

Step 4: Click on the reports icon on the chosen candidate’s row, to open the candidate’s test report summary.
The recruiter can perform two major actions on individual candidate report. Below is a simple guide to walk you through the reports handling, interpretation and management. The reports can primarily be divided into two major sections, the report summary and an individual question summary.
2.1 Report summary
A candidate’s reports summary, briefly consists of a side panel that acts as the contents for all the sections, cards displaying results in sections and an actions panel.
The entire candidate report summary can be shared by requesting a shareable link.
This is how it is done.
Step 1: Click on Share Report icon next to the candidate’s Test Report on the title bar
Step 2: Click on Get Sharable Report Link
Step 3: Copy the link generated to share for further review/feedback

Section 1:
Candidate Details
This section contains details such as the test name, candidate name, email id and contact number.
Section 2:
Overall Result
This section contains the marks scored and in percentage along with a break up of the time taken, the number of questions attempted, start and end time, etc.
Section 3:
Sectionwise Performance
This section shows the marks scored with a section wise breakup.
Section 4:
Sectionwise Percentile Graph
This section pictorially displays the candidate’s performance in percentile, in the form of a graph

Comments
The comments sections enable the user to leave comments/feedback on the candidate. You can approve/disapprove candidates for quickly sieving through the candidate list. The comments can be edited, deleted and even exported as an email.
- Actions performed in the individual report:
There is also a list of actions the evaluator can perform on the candidate’s individual report.
This is how it is done.
Step 1: Click on the desired icon to perform the required action on the top panel
The list of actions ranges from download report, viewing the candidate’s resume, candidate’s screenshots and a button to directly call the candidate from the platform.
2.2 Individual question summary
You as the evaluator can view the candidate’s performance on individual questions, section wise.
The individual question summary report has an aggregated candidate report on the top bar, including the candidate name, the test name, the total marks scored and the score in percentage for a quick reference. You can also leave comments here as you review the candidate’s performance.
You can view the individual question summary, along with the test question, the correct answer and the candidate’s response. To take it a step further, you can evaluate the candidate’s approach by the time spent on that particular question.
