If required, the platform allows for restarting of the test for a candidate.
This is how it can be done:
Step 1: Log into your EG Account.
Step 2: Click on Manage tests on the Menu Bar.
Step 3: Click on Tests Hosted.
Step 4: Click on Reports next to the concerned test.
Step 5: Select a candidate and click on Restart test on top of the page.
There is an option to extend the test duration for a particular candidate
